The Rimono, an EV designed for the urban auto market, made out of fabric. It is a hybrid vehicle combining a scooter and an EV urban car. It covers the driver & passenger (or two kids) with a waterproof tent/tarp material. The super-lightweight Rimono is 'energized' by a five-kilowatt 6.8-horsepower electric motor, max. speed of 28 mph. The lithium-ion battery has a range of around 30 miles on a single charge. The company is planning an extra battery pack portable, so you can keep an extra on-board battery for longer trips. The dash is an iPad and the four-wheeled scooter is steered with handlebars. Undeniably going for 'soft touch' factor.
