Well-preserved Yank tanks will start disappearing from the roads of Cuba. For the first time since 1959, Cubanos can buy new and used cars without government permission. This reform will allow freedom to trade, sell and buy newer cars, usually modern rental fleet cars. Diplomats and foreign residents could also bring in and sell any new or used motorcycles, cars, vans, small trucks and buses. They will resell them at three or four times the their price, and add 100% tax on top of that.
