I have been considering getting the orange oil yokohama AVID Ascend 175/65R15 tires ...these range in price 77 dollars to 83 dollars at tire rack..........

Look somewhere else besides Tire Rack.
I run Cooper CS4 195/65/15-91T, 80,000, on my Jetta all around. T rated was better than H by 20,000 mile wear rating. They are not "LRR" tires, but in my research, for the price/compound/wear rate, were better than some.
