Ryland, it wasn't for lack of looking. Google did not turn up anything relating to those companies. However, it looks like Enginer has both installers and kits available. I've sent an inquiry to them about the Highlander. I'm not too car-technical so I'd want to make sure if I ordered one that I'd be able to have it installed.
