trailer skirt

Has anyone looked at trailer skirts or seen a tractor-trailer recently with one?
I recently saw truck going down the road with a large peice of material under the trailer in a "V" channeling the air around the axle and out from under the trailer. I thought about my truck. Should I build a full belly pan below the frame just to have all that air hit the axle? Or build a bellypan with a "V" skirt to redirect the air? I found one from Freight wing for tractor trailers similar to what I saw.
