Doesn't Hypertech make some handheld programmers for GM vehicles?

They do, but they do not list the 2.2L engine, they don't list the specific engine behavior I want to modify, and I am not paying ~$300 for a box that is restricted to 1 vehicle at a time.

HPTuners will support most GM vehicles and some Fords as well. It just may tune out the hanging revs, too. Basic version costs around $300.

I forgot about the Ass... I had my dad's S-10 all weekend, and forgot to take a pic of the IAC... sorry. I'll try to get one next time I have it if you haven't gotten this taken care of by then.

I actually did find the IAC... I had confused it with the MAF, which I still have not found, despite it giving out readings on Autotap.
