Tuning the lowly forklift motors

The Tesla Model S P85 is normally great in straight line acceleration, but when someone is determined to tinker with forklift motors, watch out...and listen carefully! This Tesla Model S Is Made To Look Slow By A Ridiculously Quick Electric Miata

Yeah, but isnt the saying," 1 gallon of the fuel, the person who goes the farthest wins?"

Yeah, you got unlimited power you can easily break stuff with series wound motor. Hell, Ive known of people to demagnetize the magnets of dc motors pushing soo much current to unseating the magnets.

The Tesla is a heavy, 5 to 7 passenger car that is designed, even with the performance package, to be low maintenance, the Miata in the video was built as a street legal drag race car.

Comparing a family sedan to a convertible sports car with racing slicks is kind of dumb.
