High Compression improves the Efficiency...MPG, the Water Injection prevents Detonation, no need for Alcohol except to prevent the water from freezing.

HHO does not work on any engine.

Water and/or alcohol injection does work, but only on diesel engines during warmer weather.
Everyone says it can work on gas engines, but actual real world results have remained elusive.

Yes you can boost power of a forced induction gasoline engine with water alcohol, I already know that, I think everyone else does too.
Boosting power and increasing fuel economy are 2 very different things.
