Used 2016 Toyota Mirai $5000 ain’t got no hydrogen

It appears that a used Mirai can’t be given away and it has a perfectly good EV drivetrain along with a high pressure tank.

Looks like a nice source of new sheet metal and a good project car.

As these continue to come off lease and get cheaper, what would you do with one?

I’m not sure how many kwhrs the stock battery is but maybe gut the fuel cell stack charger and cng generator for a range extended EV?

Not sure if anyone has done a tear down of a Mirai,
let me know your ideas.
