But you can put MS software on pretty much any hardware you want, and you can repair & modify that hardware as much as you want. Apple? If you want their software (though personally I think that's a sign of a really sick mind), you have to buy their hardware, which is usually next to impossible to modify/repair. Or sometimes even replace a battery.
