The best-case for the GT car came in around that of the Rivian pickup truck. I don't recognize anything that would improve the IONIQ.
For the original Ahmed body, the lowest they got out of it was Cd 0.230, without wheels.
Bearman et al. added boat-tailing and diffuser and got it down to a minimum, Cd 0.214, without wheels.
The modified Ahmed body bottomed out at Cd 0.230, with wheels represented.
I'm not seeing anything jump off the page which moves the dial on streamlining.
GT cars will never have low drag, as they can never give up the really wide rear wheel track/haunches.
Their wide tires defeat any chance as well.
