almost to 40 mpg

I came so close, but alas only managed 39.1 mpg.

My little ford focus is really doing well. I have a full upper and lower grill block. my lower grill block doubles as an airdam. i smoothed out my rims with clear mac tac shelf liner, and had a professional alignment. i also inflate my tires to 40 psi.

i think a hot air intake will be the mod to take me over 40 mpg
40 was my first goal!!!

my next goal is to do all my week of commuting on one tank.

my week is a bit more than 500 miles (800 km). my tank holds about 11.88 gallons (45 liters) so i need to get up to 51 mpg or 5.5 l/100

Congratulations on the great mileage, Your car seems to have a small gas tank, my car will hold 60 liters, wonder if you could squeeze another 5 liters or so in it.

it does hold more, but when the fill up light comes on i try to fill it and can usually get 45 litres in it. i thinkthe manual says it is a 55 litre tank.
I am extremly ADHD so i try to keep to a strict routine or else i will be out of gas on the side of the highway.
When i was younger i ran out ofgas, locked my keys in my car, or got in an accident on a weekly basis.
