What is this 3-wheel scooter?

Not a Zap or Pet I don't think. Goes like a 48 volt bat! It has reverse sometimes but I do not know how to control that so I am seeking an operators manual.

I have seen similar scooters, but I don't know much about them

I sense danger in that.

Looks a lot like this one...

But could be any one of a number of cheap scooters with what amounts to an ebike wheel on the front. Typical ebike wiring and controls, most likely.

Pull the seat and post and add back a barstool.

That would be a classy ride.

I still have that cheap 2007 Chinese scooter (still great in stores) and got an EW-36 for more speed but it was too quick in stores. Sold. Amazon has a bunch of these, but not this one - which looks identical to that ZooMe 3, but it was modified: 3 more batteries. I am afraid to go full throttle: at 10 mph I gave it full throttle and the front wheel spun. I am having a "sissy bar" (like a Stingray) higher like a roll bar before top speed. Nice toy!

I think a foldable version of it would be nice.

Handlebars are hinged and fold down, seat base can be released and removed, but the whole thing seems unbalanced folded and top-heavy in operating mode. Great fun but a little goofy looking in my opinion!
