Wikipedia says the average mass\weight for a man in Canada in 2008 is 84.6 kg (187 lb).
I am going to expose myself to ridicule by assuming that Canadians, on average, are comparable to residents of the United States of America, where the average in 2017 was 90.6 kg (199.7 lb).
The lowest is 55.2 kg (121.7 lb) in Bangladesh.
The highest is 99.4 kg (219.1 lb) in Tonga.
The second-highest is 92.1 kg (203.0 lb) in the Czech Republic, which is much closer to the U.S. than to Tonga.
The last time that I weighed myself I was 233, although the hospital said 250, so yay.
