what was that really fuel efficient car?

I can not find it for the life of me, but a vehicle was brought up from California a while ago, something like the Olo. It is green in color Nd efficiency, fairly cheap, and three wheeled. I tried searching, tried checking my subscriptions which I thought it was under...

I didn't know where to put this and didn't want to clog another forum. All I can think is the big brother shut it down, and wiped the internet clean of it's presence lol
