Where is the last place you want to feel pins and needles?
When I was in high school there was a show called "Dave's World," featuring Harry Anderson (Judge Harry from "Night Court"), based on Dave Barry's life. At one point, Dave felt he had enough kids, so he talked to his doctor about it, went in for the procedure, and was told something to the effect of "I am going to put this needle into your privates."
He left hastily.
The surgeon turned to the anesthesiologist and said "Really?! This is how I make a living!"
A man named Ben Greenfield decided that not only did he want to put a needle into his privates, he wanted to inject himself with mad science.

No points if he doesn't do it live on a live-stream:

That's not an easy question but, considering that I didn't even bother to try contact lenses instead of my glasses, it's most likely I wouldn't feel comfortable with pins and needles in my eyes.

When I worked in construction, I took a lot of slivers under my fingernails.
CR — Don't know if you follow pop culture, but Bob Wheeler was played by Brent Spiner, who as things go is as big a deal as Harry Anderson.

Did Brent Spiner have his own show? John Larroquette did, at the same time Harry Anderson did, except it was named for him.
