For comparison my 2005 Prius is worth around $9K here, just to put the $13k asking price into perspective.

I can tell from the controller it's a DC conversion, in time I'd want to jazz that sucker up with a Warp 9 etc. Disappointing lack of any info on the page, but I might go check it out on the weekend. It would make an ideal short trip/ once a week to work hack.
