Would you use free Wi-Fi from a police station?

They have complimentary water, but you are not allowed to use the bathroom until you tell them what they want, and you will have to take your chances with them letting you plug in anything.

I imagine you can type well enough with your hands in cuffs--as long as they are in front of you.
