The Yaris hybrid "will have a price tag of about 1.5 million yen (15,600 dollars), cheaper than Toyota's existing hybrids, and is expected to be sold in Japan, Europe and the United States" according to the rumor mill.
I don't get the Fit Hybrid. It seems too similar to the 2010 Insight to be worth building.

Nice to see the Fit on top.
I think a Fit hybrid will have more of impact on hybrid sales than the Insight, due to the Fit's longstanding popularity worldwide. It should also move the price point for hybrids even lower.
