You math guys

You math guys are freekin' awesome.
It blows my mind to think of what all was involved in the latest comet landing, and so much more so the moon landing !

You guys really do have something special in the ability to do complex mathematics. I look at math and it is as if i were reading some language from an alien civilization.

I really envy you guys.

As I was making my trek from algebra, geometry, trigamong, calc I would read the blurbs in the books. They say the first invisible planes were made using hand calculation as to why it had multi panels at different angles like a VW Thing.

Later with the aid of a computer they were able to do a continuous compound curve and develop the flying wing that was invisible to radar.

Supposedly one of the failed MARs missions was due to our partnership with the EU and how they used metrics and we used the Kings Foot and with the differences in math and measurements it failed.

If the Germans/Japanese had won WWII, we'd be using metrics, but they didn't...end of issue.

Thanks Frank.
What an amazing woman !
Not only did she overcome and defeat the stigma of being a 1960s woman, but a black 1960s woman.
Wow.
