Article :Local electric/ethanol car definitely a labour of love

I came across this article on a small Winnipeg car which resembles a HPV .
Cool project ! I wish them the best of luck .

Local electric/ethanol car definitely a labour of love - Winnipeg Free Press

I got interested when i first saw this image. I thought i was looking at the back end of a highly streamlined car .

And here is the other article on it :

Pity there aren't any Cd or FE numbers. But i like it, very simple & neat.

Gerhard Plattner: "The best attitude is to consider fuel saving a kind of sport. Everybody who has enough money for a strong car, can drive fast and hit the pedal. But saving fuel requires concentration, self-control and cleverness. It's a challenge with the nice effect of saving you money that you can use for other more important things."

Urbee 3d printed car

It's curious that the article makes no mention of the 3D printed body. It's supposed to be the first (or second) ever produced.
