Interesting site. When safety of small cars comes up it is easy to go to that site and run a query that looks for the specific information that is being discussed. I haven't dug that deep into the stats there but it looks pretty comprehensive.

Great site with some solid stats. It appears as if there are more vehicles, more drivers, and a higher population -- with a flat/lower fatality rate.

Built-in passive safety like stability control, ABS, etc?

Too bad the the acronym for the site is actually FARSE.
