You know, it's a wonder that people don't tend to notice these shapes that form out of snow. I myself saw snow forms that gathered on flat-bed trailers of semis on my way into work during a snowstorm, and noted that the forms looked familiar somehow. Came home later that day, and saw the same forms in a CFD-designed bedcap report.

Sure shows where the wind wants to go in 3-D. I don't miss living in the rust belt. I'll take some of that snow though. It's been a dry winter here.

Half of it fell off when I closed the door and I removed the rest with a shovel. This formed overnight in the driveway.
