Volkswagen XL1 in the wild - detailed photos

Well, not taken by me, but still...:

It seems that somebody here have really bought that thing! At least it has a license plate and it is driving in Prague. So a local webzine made an article with detailed photos. Take a look if you want to:

Photos: Fotogalerie: Volkswagen XL1 Concept

Article (sorry, in Czech only :-] ) : Velorex z Galaxie VW

(Google translation to English here)

BTW - the article mentions Velorex, what is interesting car also - reminds me lot of trikes some of you DIYers are trying to build.

Be well

I think I'd rather spend a comparable amount of money on a comparably efficient vehicle and get way more seats and a generally nicer experience: Tesla S.

Had you given thought to the connection from the Velorex to the BMW GINA concept?

In which way you find Tesla S as efficient as XL1?

I really hope that VW can build the XL1 without the unobtanium - and sell it for a reasonable price. If it "only" gets ~100MPG on diesel, then that would still be fabulous!
