If you click on the image, get image url, paste it in a new window and do a hard refresh (shift while hitting the refresh button) it will clear the cache and show the new image. Or else just disable caching on that page.

For Firefox, on Windows platforms, the keyboard shortcut to clear the cache and refresh the page is Ctrl+F5 (as captured here:
Keyboard shortcuts). That works for me to refresh the FE images every time.
