I've often wondered about that temp sensor. I'd like to know more about how it's used.
Re: your intake. Isn't it behind the upper opening? Would it not be easier and more efficient to duct air from that? Maybe i'm missing something, correct me if i'm wrong! (EDIT, i just read your other thread. Scrub that statement i just made!)
Re: the lower grille block. My old grille mesh was clipped on from behind the bumper and was easy to push off. Then i cut some small pieces of coroplast and cut slots in them so they would push onto the existing hooks that the original grille mesh clipped onto. Then i made my grille block to the shape of the grille opening and screwed it to the coroplast. The whole thing is rock steady and all i need to do is find some better looking screws.
