Good point. I think that's a job for foam and a rasp. I might also radius the lower edge of the skirts...er kilts as well to reduce them shedding little vortexicles.

I also have a plan for the airdam: Cut a slot in some white electrical conduit, slide on and fasten. It could even be a little bit adjustable.
