Grille block
Smooth wheel covers
Block heater
Rear wheel skirts

Technique:
Practice using your ICE/brakes/regen the least by timing lights and coasting as much as possible. I use neutral coast a lot at city speeds.

With respect to Neil, this is a bit of a misconception.

Actually, unless you have a plug in, you want to avoid using EV and try to P&G using the ICE instead. Use up extra battery energy if you have regenned it but avoid having the ICE charge the battery directly because of the efficiency losses.
