I have three words for you: Circulation. Tank. Heater.

Best $80 I ever spent for my Prius. I have full operating temp in my driveway in an hour. I got the 1500 watt number but you could get away with a 1000 watt unit, no problem. FE on short trips is dramatically better and several mpg better on longer trips.

To get you to 55, The Acme Giant Slingshot is available from Wile Coyote Sooper-genius supply Nowheresville, Arizona.
