Don't worry, I didnt buy it off any HHO website, I just bought all the parts from the local Home Depot and i downloaded the plans off of p2p sharing sites.
No, did not use a controller, figuring i that i dont want to dump lots of money into this for it not to work. Even the Water4Gas manual was claiming 20% increase on just the use of the Electrolyzer alone, so if that showed any decent improvement, then i might consider investing into a controller.
Amps? Not sure, whatever that thing above is supposed to create.
