Hmm... Call a local forklift sales/service company? They're used to moving them around.

When we got the one for the ForkenSwift, the company suggested a mover & had a special truck: http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthrea...2.html#post262

Cost was $125 for delivery, and that was for ~20 km. Most of their time was spent actually loading/unloading from the truck than driving.
