Im from KC too. I know of 2 stations in the area, one in leavenworth, and maybe one in Kearney.
HyVee gas station at N Oak and Englewood. $Regular +0.20
BP on 9 Highway about a mile south of Barry Road. $Regular + ~0.35
Im not sure exactly where the one in leavenworth is but they sell regular without ethanol. If you are interested I will ask my boss, he has been there.
The Platte-Clay Fuels in Kearney used to sell premium non-ethanol. have not been there in a long time.
