After some unexpected freeway driving, I do have to say it does have the tendancy to track and follow grooves in the pavement, but it's nothing extreme. Far better than the loose right front wheel I had before. The new rack is also slightly stiffer, so the steering requires more effort, which helps in keeping the wandering in check. The final toe values in the front were .02 and -.01 degrees (they were fluctuating, so they're both really close to 0), and .09 and .06 degrees for the rear.

Pretty much, you just need to pay a little more attention so that your car doesn't wander too close to the car next to you. Completely liveable, unless you're always distracted, and in that case, you should be changing your habits anyway.

No coastdown results yet, but I'll be taking the usual route today. I also need to reinstall my front air dam/undertray and rear wheel skirts.
