My mother in law ended up getting a LTZ (I think) with the 1.4 turbo. She didn't want to wait for the eco - none available around here.
Regarding the other folks online not reaching the EPA numbers, remember the time of year this car is being released - I'm getting 15% below my spring/summer/fall numbers now too. I'm sure they'll be better when it's warmer. I'm still suspicious that GM was fudging their aero numbers that were provided to the EPA. 32 in the equinox seems crazy.
