So do I. Others here have claimed measurable results with WAI. Which is why I say it likely comes down to differences in the way various cars' computers are set up to respond to the temperatures.

Despite not seeing any results in my own test, I still have the WAI on my car because it'll still help warm the intake more quickly.

The WAI is actually a common mod on the Insight. Though not as much for reduced pumping losses, but because IAT is tied to lean burn in that car. The WAI permits lean burn at lower ambient temps than without.
