Not much more than you're getting using the key :P

Rear visor (very short kamm extension)

~1-2%

Alt delete

~10% in my 1.0L gasser at 70 km/h

So that's a 19% boost in the upper range, @ 50 mpg baseline = 59.5

Most of my measurements were made at 50-55 mph though.
