I just installed a quick prototype of coroplast fitting these rough demensions and position from your link above:

270mm x 25mm, covers lower suspension link and tire
Drag 0.277
Front lift 0.038
Rear lift 0.121
My car is significantly different than this prius, but it has some very general similarities. If it feels alright on the road, I'll ABA test it soon.
