It's all city, a route I chose for hypermiling when I realized I could greatly enhance MPG by hypermilin down the surface roads and keeping off the freeways. The route goes from about 300-400 feet above sea level to about 100 feet above sea level in about 10 miles. It's kinda down hill a lot. Going the opposite direction I generally get low 50s for MPG. For technique I do all kinds of stuff, but mainly EOC/P&G, which is how the PaleCivic seems to ride and get the top "team honda" billing most of the time. But I route plan, DWL, 1-3-5 shift, and bump start the car on hills when I start out on a trip.

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
