finished them tonite!!!!!!
here is the cut polycarb. c-clapped to the aluminuum bar running across the bottom.
will curve the front end with a nut and bolt in the end of the bar
here is a view from the back. I am mount it flush this time. so the cut had to be accurate.
The back WILL NOT be flush as it comes done. I want to give the air some place to go.
here is the finished product. It's flush upto where the body starts to curve in, the comes uot and curve into the body.
