I run my skirts year round with reckless abandon in the snow. No failures yet

finished them tonite!!!!!!
here is the cut polycarb. c-clapped to the aluminuum bar running across the bottom.
will curve the front end with a nut and bolt in the end of the bar


here is a view from the back. I am mount it flush this time. so the cut had to be accurate.
The back WILL NOT be flush as it comes done. I want to give the air some place to go.




here is the finished product. It's flush upto where the body starts to curve in, the comes uot and curve into the body.

Very nice and professional looking.
Just wanted to ask about the blacked out roof though. What purpose does it serve ?
It seems like it would actually heat the cars cabin up, versus the stock color.

Now back to the skirts.

I've had the car since 2005 and just wanted to change hte look.
the car has so much insulation there was no noticealbe difference.

As a note, the inside of polycarbonate can be painted very easily and gives a killer looking Finnish from the outside with no painting skill whatsoever.
