Winter is on it's way with current low's hitting the 20's. So I decided it was time to retire the old plexi grill blocks and replace them with something that will hold up a little better. I happened to have a sheet of ABS plastic handy so I went to town. Because there is a gap below the grill of about 1/2" and around both headlights I decided I would give a full block a try and will see what temp do. An interesting fact for those looking to make your own, they may look exactly the same size, but in fact they are just slightly different in each slot.
