CigaR007, thanks for the double. I hadn't known about it. ANd these are interesting images. But how do we know the spoilers are improving the flow and reducing drag from this? The colors are for different flow directions in the most vorticity. But it seems "empty" space is not supposed to mean there is no flow and no vorticity. Is that a correct read on the pdf? Can we estimate the visualized changes in terms of Cd?
