yeah I used coroplast. I screwed it on the underside to the side skirts and front and rear bumpers, then secured it down the middle using zip ties. Yes, part of the rear section did get caught in the wind and tore off, in which I had to secure down again. I left enough space around the exhaust so melting was not an issue. however it did melt around the engine and transmission. I am now in the process of redoing the underbelly by building an aluminum frame underneath the car that will allow me to screw it down in more places.

The del sol is a tough starting point because the stock cd is 0.35, which one of the highest for a Honda. I think the crx is a better starting off point. But then again, the del sol will be a newer car with more options for an engine/tranny swap.
