I kind of had to cringe when I saw the nice front wheel covering in your pictures above.
Many years ago, I made a beautiful foam/fiberglass front wheel fairing.
How did it work out you ask?
With no traffic around me, it was great!
But be in close quarters with a semi-trailer truck, is was awful. I lost almost all control of the front wheel due to the buffeting tumbling off the back of the trailer!
Very scarey!
