That's basically what I'm getting. Just bigger, for a car, and without the car-type terminals. DIY wiring; I'm up to that.
The internal BMS has a 100A limit so on in bad conditions (very cold car) the starter might draw >100A and that's not a good idea.
[EDIT] I had a bad calculation that I posted earlier in this space. What's above is correct, I think. And I probably can start the car something like 8-10 times/day and not run down the lead battery enough to worry about. Will charge it at home later as needed, or run the alt a bit if I want. [/EDIT]
