Its a thought which has been coming for a while - I've got better things to spend my time on than the debate threads that get started here. I've started to look at other places to "hang out" which seem more, well, "fun".

Sorry to see you go. I too have enjoyed your wit and insight giving me a broader, more continental perspective. I clicked on a thread earlier today, supposedly about a Ford engine, that degenerated into an uninformed, childish nation bashing rant. Where are the moderators? There are plenty of other sites for trading insults. This site site should be a place to share knowledge for the greater good.
