I agree rolling down the highway it won't make much difference, this is were the aerodynamics of moonies vs the weight of the alloys argument comes into play. I mentioned earlier I live in a big city so there is lots of starting and stopping.

Does all the driving I do in traffic make a bigger impact than how aerodynamic I am cruising down the interstate (which I do a fair amount of) I drive a Yaris which has a CD of .29 so I though weight might have a bigger impact than smooth hubcaps for me.

On another forum people have put aluminum crank pulleys on the Yarii and noticed quite a difference. As I start to shop for new tires I thought hmm is there an opportunity here to take load off the engine when I am doing all that accelerating back up to speed. Like someone mentioned on a different thread I don't won't to miss a chance to be a little more efficient.
