Yes, Yes, Yes! You are right on every count.

There are a few commercially-made EV dirt bikes (but $$$). I took my cycle out on a motocross dirt track once. IT WAS AWESOME!. TOTALLY the wrong style of motorcycle for it, but it was so much fun. (I got air on the ramps!)

Riding lawn mowers are easy to convert to electric - check out Doax's "Eco-Rider".
