As this is a budget project and for now I haven't budgeted chassis stands to raise the car up while I'm working on the front, how are you guys doing any drilling under the car? My electric drill is too tall! I chucked my drill bit into my dremel and even that has way too much height for me to drill perpendicular into the underside of the car. I can remove my CF infill panel and drill off the car, but with my intention to extend the airdam I'm going to have to drill "in situ" utilizing hardpoints that are existing or that I bond/mount to the underside of the car...any thoughts?
I know you're done with extending the air dam, but since I didn't see anyone else answer... Do you have (or can you get) some scrap wood blocks (2x6 for instance) that you can drive up on? If you get several of varying lengths (3', 2.5', 2', etc), you can stagger them (screwed / glued together) so it's possible to drive up the blocks to a height that you need (one set of blocks for each side) ... cheap and safe (obviously you still need to use wheel chocks etc.). Similar to this:

Or of course you can just get some Rhino Ramps or similar.
