Nice car. I've always loved the look of the Del Sol. And the aft portions, over the trunk, seem ideal for a kammback. These 15" wheels are probably helping your FE by keeping highway RPMs down. The VX transmission was designed with 13" wheels in mind. I think this means your odo is undercounting your actual miles, thus making your MPGs seem lower than they actually are. Also, plug up those fog lamp holes if you will not be using them.
